About Jason
My approach to therapy is experiential, mindfulness-based, and insight-oriented, taking inspiration from the existential, somatic, and psychodynamic traditions, as well as contemporary models like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am passionate about helping my clients explore the inner and outer processes that condition their experience of life as they seek out new opportunities to affect these patterns for the better.
My priority is to assist you in fostering a renewed connection to the inherent vitality, openness, calm, and creativity that reside deep within each of us. Drawing on these inner resources, I will help you learn to offer healing and reconciliation to the parts of yourself that have come to feel alienated from these life-affirming qualities. In my work with couples and families, I aim to help you learn how to relate to one another from this grounded, connected space in order to cultivate more balanced, loving, and harmonious relationships.
